If your face looks a little puffy due to water retention, here are some
changes you can make that might help:
1.Drink plenty of Water
2. Enjoy Green Tea--this a source of caffeine, which acts as a diuretic
3. Avoid food high in sodium
4. Get enough B vitamins---Thiamin(B1) Biotin(B7) is walnuts, yogurt, wild salmon,
spinach, and oysters.
5. Steam your face in the morning with a hot rag, and then cool the rag in ice water and place
over face for a few minutes...

Great tips, I often get a puffy face around that time of the month, which i presume is water retention so I am going to have to try some of these!
