My favorite mascara as of June/July is the
FAIRYDROPS Scandal Queen, $24 from Sephora. It's a Japanese mascara, and I have to say it has been the best water, sweat, humidity resistant mascara I've ever used. I don't really like waterproof mascara except on my bottom lashes. This one is fairly easy to take off; soap and water is all you need. The wand is also very cool.
