If you have a sweet tooth like me, but are scared to pack on the extra pounds...here's a yummy recipe for you to enjoy the finer things in life without worrying. However, you must exercise portion control!!!
Dark Chocolate Brownies
1/3 c Sugar
2 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
1/8 tsp Kosher salt
1/4 c low-fat plain yogurt
1/2 tsp instant coffee
1 tsp warm water
1 egg
1 oz dark chocolate (60% cacao), melted and cooled
2 tbs flour
Nonstick cooking spray
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine the sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and yogurt in a medium bowl and whisk until smooth. Dissolve the instant coffee in the warm water and whisk into the yogurt mixture. Whisk in the egg and then the chocolate. Stir in the flour until just combined. Divide between 4 muffin cups, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake until the edges are set and the center is soft but not wet, 18-20 minutes. Let cool completely.
Yield: 4 servings (1 brownie each)

Ok ladies this is why you should never work out your arms more than 3 times a day! Unless you want to look like Madonna and give off the impression that you shoot up, please do not...It's like the roids puffed her up and now she's deflating! Not to mention it looks painful! If you ever want to guess her age, just chop off her arm and count the rings. No, but seriously...It's ok, don't worry...she'll get an arm tuck and everything will be back "material style."
