One of Spring's hot trends this year is "Spiky Lashes." Not the old Twiggy, by golly, but a more refined Twiggy. To acheive this look: layer on Mascara at least two coats and just before it dries, squeeze together sections of lashes with tweezers and shape into star points. Just be careful not to poke your eye out! Instant star quality!!!
